It’s made from very thin layers of dough (similar to filo), which are lightly crisped on a griddle and filled with a rich mixture of clotted cream (kaymak) and finely ground pistachios. A touch of sugar is added, giving it a delicate sweetness without being overly sugary comes with premium vanilla ice cream.
